Director of Informatics (Northeast US)
Leads a team of health economists and health services
researchers to create relevant health economic models that
demonstrate key components and overall value of programs and
services
Works with the Employer Informatics, Marketing, and Product
teams to establish market-leading proof-of-value statements that
directly connect company actions to an individuals’ health
improvement
Works with finance, product and employer reporting teams to
establish appropriate performance guarantees related to health
services engagement, health outcomes, and member-centric
health-related life-quality measurements
Works with Operations team to provide effective management
process reporting that link to proof of value market statements.
Partners with product and development teams to create
forward-leaning valuations related to future-state health
services operating model
Establishes medical economic standards, including ROI, value of
engagement, program, reporting values
Enables and oversees all non-employer-based valuation and
reporting strategies, such as NCQA.
Qualifications
Minimum of
7-10 years experience in the healthcare industry
An advanced degree in Health Services Research, Health
Economics, Economics Public Policy with a concentration in
economics, or Decision Analysis (or related disciplines) is
required.
Proven capabilities in health services research or health care
economics, including economic evaluation and advanced
quantitative methods relevant to health care decision making.
Demonstrated ability to think/act strategically from a program
value perspective and influence key leaders and matrix partners
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix type environment
